The title of the MarytoJesus blog, intentionally states, the Blessed Virgin Mary leads us to Jesus.
Mary leads us to Jesus through: her Love of Her son; her obedience to God being the “New Eve” and the Spiritual Mother to all God’s children. Mary shows us how to endure great suffering and assists us in obtaining Divine Graces from her Son, through her intercession on our behalf.
Previously we’ve talked about Consecrating oneself to the Blessed Virgin Mary, but the object of that consecration is really to grow closer to her Son, Jesus. Mary shows us how to be humble, Love of Jesus, serve others, and endure suffering, and ultimately grow in Holiness and closer to Her Son, Jesus. This is how Mary Lived, and How Jesus taught us to live by His own example.
Consecration to Jesus through Mary, “What does it all mean”.
Jesus is the object of our consecration to Mary. One can consecrate themselves to Jesus’s Sacred Heart and strive to live in His Divine will, apart from Marian Consecration. But the surest path to Jesus, is through His mother, and thus the surest path to Consecarte oneself to Jesus and living in His Divine Will is through Mary. Once we consecrate ourselves to Mary, we can likewise expand that consecration to include her Son, and have the object of that consecration Living in Jesus Divine Will, following Mary’s example of Perfect obedience to God.
Here is a short prayer that when said consecrates yourself to Jesus Sacred Heart, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Consecration to Mary and Jesus Divine Will
Most Holy Mother, to You I consecrate my whole being, all my life, all my thoughts, words, acts, all my family, absolutely
everything. I am TOTALLY YOURS (Totus Tuus). I surrender and sacrifice my human will to you. Tie it, dearest Mother,
together with Yours, to the foot of the Divine Throne of God, for my entire life. Obtain the greatest gift of living and growing
in the Divine Will. Keep me always in the refuge of Your Immaculate Heart and Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Most Holy Trinity,
In Jesus, through Mary, I sacrifice, consecrate and bind my human will to Your Divine Will with the firm resolution of never
giving life to my human will. I desire Your will with all my heart. Dispose and humble me to receive and journey deeper in
this gift. May I live more perfectly in it and reaching the centre to live in the full, perfect and complete state. Allow my soul to
be filled with Your love and Your Divine Qualities as much as possible for a creature, as You intended in creating me. Amen.
